Tisa’s Tattoo Festival 2016

The Amerika Samoa Humanities Council awarded $5,000 Grant for Tisa’s Tattoo Festival. The 12th Annual Tisa’s tattoo festival is a 3-day annual event. The event kicked off with a Tatau Forum hosted by the American Samoa Community College. More detailed information to be posted soon. In the meantime, here’s some photo albums from the festival.
